Took my dad there this morning and was appalled at the way one of the ladies in the front spoke to my 83 year old father. She spoke to him as if he were a child and actually told him there was nothing they could do for him there. Was really upsetting the way she spoke to him. She doesn't need to work in the health field if that's the way she speaks to patients.

took my 13 year old son. only real symptom was high fever. she checked him for strep, it was negative. she said it was probably a virus. fever persisted so we took him to his PCP, turns out he had mono and pneumonia. we have a high deductible plan so I called first choice and asked for a discount on my $200+ bill. nope. $200 for 5 minutes with a NP and a completely missed diagnosis.
