EXCELLENT customer service and professionalism from Dr. Puckett. 100% recommended, from the receptionist to the excellent treatment we received from Donah. We were referred by Dr. Taylor for root canal work on my 8-year-old daughter. At all times, they made sure she felt comfortable and safe. Without a doubt, this was the best recommendation we could have had for root canal care for our daughter. Thank you very much for your service.
Painless root canal, had a cancelation so were able to work me in the next day, and as a returning patient they didn't make me fill out the paperwork again.
Was referred by aspen dental thinking my daughters front tooth needed a root canal the filling had broken and was causing pain charged me $50 tried to charge $150 to tell us it didn't need a root canal and us leave with her still in pain. Waste of time and a total joke he also asked if she was cold sensitive and still check causing more pain.
Dr Puckett and his excellent staff are beyond phenomenal. Wonderful atmosphere, highly professional and skilled. It was pretty much painless!!! I couldn't believe it when we were finished and I had experienced zero discomfort Highly recommended!!!!
