Definitely wouldn’t recommend Went to drive a used vehicle that I seen on their website. The price which included all fees except government fees was listed on the website. I drove the vehicle and it seemed to be a good quality vehicle. I went in to work out a deal. The salesman and the sales manager came up with a number. I never buy anything without researching and crunching the numbers myself. Ryan in the service department is an exemplary employee!!!! I was driving from Massachusetts to Florida when my 2023 Rogue lost power!!! I brought my car to Nissan in Roanoke and Ryan was fantastic!! He understood my situation and got my car diagnosed within 2 hours,called and explained the problem,and had the repairs completed by 3:30 the same day!! He was so kind,compassionate and invested in helping get me back on the road!!! Thank you to the team at Nissan in Roanoke Va…and a GIANT Thank you to Ryan!!!!
Did not perform maintenance as they were supposed to. Make sure you check you vehicle to ensure that it is done and not just blown off with a bunch of excuses. Update to this went in for lifetime oil change and was told no. Said it was for only two a year. Will dang last year we did five. How's that work. Then they gave me a list stating recommend service due at 20k. It at 36k now and just now recommended these thing. But been serviced at every 5k not a word. Sound to me someone needs to look at how they treat their customer... read more
