Everyone here has been so nice on my visit through Virginia. If you are in the market for a vehicle or need service work completed and friendly honest service is important to you, do not pass up this dealership.
I'd try any other Nissan service center but this one horrible experience was quoted one price for TCM program tried to call several times after dropping off to inform service of exact issues with car never could get a call back or response from anyone couple of days later was told car was ready and good to go didn't even make it 5 mi before same issue arose again on top of that actual bill ended up being well over double what I was quoted and authorized I was told to bring the car back and they would figure it out later that... read more
