I have been a customer here for two years now. I have never seen a place makes you wait as long as southern team Nissan. I have two other vehicles that I can take to any other service shop and it takes a fraction of the time and price. I’m so curious what Nissan could be doing differently? Im going to make a simple guess that they are trying to make their customers so unsatisfied that they take there car somewhere else to get serviced so the customer can dodge the all day car service and lose their car warranty . Had an appointment today 8:40 am here it is 3pm no call I’ve called 4 times left messages because no one would pick up we decided ti go by at 2pm one woman at the service desk chilling asked about the car…. Its in the air 6 hours after my appointment she said it would be another hr we have a baby we couldn’t stay and wait they close in 40 mins and not a single call or update
I had an outstanding experience with Keith Kelso when I came to the dealership. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and took his time to make sure he answered any questions I had. I will absolutely be coming to this gentleman with any of my car needs!
I wish I could leave a worse review. The company leaves work undone on multiple occasions, blames the customer, misquotes parts, and is unprofessional. From the advisor level to the Vice President. 1. My bellow boots clamps were left unclamped during a recall, but fixed by Nissan service free of charge. 2. My trunk lid liner was left lying in my trunk after a state inspection because the tech went home. I've had great experiences with my Nissan service, and then I had my most recent experience which is after failing me for an inspection, they estimated $317 for an LED tag light lamp. A part that I actually paid $17 for from Lynchburg Nissan and installed in 2 minutes. Be careful when dealing with Southern Team Nissan Service advisors.
