Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Called all day and got told all day that nobody was available to speak to and that somebody would call me back and here it is almost 11 hours later since they’ve had the car and still getting told that nobody is there to talk to and someone will call me back tomorrow now because apparently all day they couldn’t call me back. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with from a business that wants to take however much money to fix a car, but can’t make simple phone calls.
Mark did an amazing job getting me approved with a VERY AFFORDABLE PAYMENT!!
