I enjoyed working here and did for quite some time until I was lied on and done wrong. I’d still be there today if they actually paid attention to important details. Anyways, They ask you to do the impossible. I always enjoyed the challenge. But They for sure, do not care about their employees health or well being at all. They care about nothing but the load. Calera terminal is a joke!! The people who work in the office are never there. Yet that’s acceptable to this company. I honestly don’t see how this behavior is tolerated. No work. Unless you like doing local runs. Beelman and evergreen are getting all the good runs. Dispatch has made it quite clear. I am going to do everything I can to keep my job easy. I do not recommend ST.
