Had an Appointment with Kim, for a clean and stain removal. Got home and checked and Unfortunately only cleaned 50% of my teeth from stains, she didnt even take a photo or show me a video like every other professional dentist would. Ushered out of the room as quick as possible. What a Waste money. Then had to listen to the receptionist try to upsell me Bupa health insurance at the counter. Guess i wont be back

Firstly, parking was quite easy. Parked outside Queens or just behind SSDC. Walked into SSDC and was greeted warmly my Jeena who was very professional. What a relief. She was very kind to accommodate to my schedule and that’s a blessing. After filling up my form-was my first time, I waited for 1-2 mins at mist and was greeted by a lovely Prabha. She said s a gem. Very VERY thorough, professional and gentle. LOVE this place and their good work. Will highly recommend to my family and friends for sure. Diamond service provided.... read more

My husband and I are new to the area, and he called Sydney Southern Dental Care to ask about pricing for a clean and X-rays. Instead of providing the information, the receptionist seemed more focused on trying to book an appointment for me. I explained that I didn’t need an appointment at this stage and only wanted to know the cost. She then began asking other questions, if I have private health cover etc. When I repeated my request for the price of a clean, she hung up on me.
