Was great at first. Reached out to her the second time because I wasn’t happy with my hair color like I was before. She does not keep records. In fact, she didn’t even know that I was supposed to be there the second time, but thankfully I had the confirmation. Shauna does the best hair extensions and color! I can see why she is always busy with clients. I will always remember her for taking me in before I had a last minute interview and I ruined my hair trying to color it myself. She saved the day!! I won’t ho to anybody else!
