Just when I thought my restaurant was about to fall apart due to a major issue with my kitchen equipment, Southern Surplus helped me out more than I could imagine. Their pricing on equipment was so affordable, they had such a wide variety I was able to really find what I needed. My restaurant wouldn't be here still without them! I recommend them to anyone!
