I'm very pleased with the product (Retractable Awning) and the service provided. The salesperson gave us the technical information and answered all questions, then patiently went through the many patterns and colors. Next, a site survey was done which was very reassuring. The installation was flawless and ended with a quick demonstration. The owner called me the next day to follow-up. Nice touch! We're received many compliments from our neighbors.
