This is not the same salon that I grew to love. Having hard time keeping groomers now and if your groomer quits or calls in YOU are the one that gets put on the back burner. They will try to reschedule you are their convenience NOT you the customer with appointment convenience. They are backed up months at a time now because they cant keep groomers. Misty was so great with my German Shepherd! My girl is a rescue and gets very nervous, but everyone was so kind and made her feel very comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with their service!
