I have been in CrossFit for over 10 years, competed in 8 CrossFit Opens, and have dropped in at over 70 CrossFit Boxes. I can tell you without hesitation Southern Style Crossfit is a superb top notch CrossFit Box. The Box located in a small Alabama community is a diamond in the rough.
