This place is ridiculous. Get there early to be first. Then they open late. Then they choose to get their friends first instead of the customers that have been waiting for 30 mins, like we don’t have something to do. We should have been first in line but three other people got in the chair because they were called up specifically by the barber. I called ahead to make sure that they take walk ins, and asked how late they were open. The guy I talked to confirmed walk ins were welcome and that the staff would be there until 5. I showed up well before then and the sign said open yet the doors were locked and no one was there. Massive waste of my time
