Owner came out on very short notice and thoroughly inspected property before a sale. Gave an assessment and would not let us pay him for it. Did not require his services now but will reach out to him in the future if the need arises. Highly recommend him to anyone.
Not the happiest I feel I was mislead probably more so from the mortgage company than this company itself but upon talking to Aaron he told me that’s why he didn’t really like mortgage deal jobs because they want you to do the bare minimum to pass inspection which I understand from his part, but I had 6,000$ worth of work done for my crawlspace and what I was under the impression of fixing the foundation with concrete footers well 5 months after buying there are big cracks in my brick walls from the house shifting and when I... read more
