This is the best gym I've ever been to (and yes I've tried every type of gym setting) I have never felt intimidated or out of place, Frank and Amanda have been welcoming and helpful from day one. Even the members are more than just members we are truly a crossfit family. The hours work with my busy and ever changing schedule and the free child care in the afternoon has been beyond just a gym perk (we love Christy!)
