I am looking for a gutter installer for a new build ... hmmm this makes me wonder if they are going to tell me my house is rotten? It does not matter what is wrong with a home or how old the house is .. the point is the company has more negative reviews than good reviews and the stories are very consistent, so the owner of the company replying (very unprofessionally I might add) just tells me I do NOT want to use this business and will not even bother to call them for my new construction installation. Extremely unprofessional and hard to keep on the job. 1 week worth of work took 2-3 to complete. Brad kept requesting money for personal problems and wanted payment before completing anything. Left the location constantly to bid other jobs and never made my project a priority. I had to replace him mid contract to finish the job. I would not recommend using this company.

Trent Dupont, you had water logged wooden gutters on your home depot shed home you built that we took off. The sheathing under the shingles were so rotten we couldn't put the t straps on unless we took the shingles off and replaced some wood and hung the gutter before the shingles went back on. You decided to let us put the t straps on top of the shingles but we had to paint the straps with paint you provided. You gave us the go ahead to do this. Dealing with Brad & Sheila was a nightmare. Screwing hangers through the shingles and causing $1200.00 in roof damage was just the start ( Google it - it should NEVER be done - for obvious reasons ). Not sure what was more frightening - Brad trying to convince me that he "did it all the time " or Sheila mentioning to my wife that this was only the second time they had used hangers - just glad we discovered what he was doing before he got any further.
