Service was outstanding. Highly recommend!
My new favorite storage space! The managing staff goes out of their way to be friendly, personable, and as helpful as possible. Even the outdoor units are clean and well-maintained and offer electrical hookups, in addition to the indoor climate-controlled units. 24 hour access is available, but even the standard access hours are generous. The fact that they are just down the road from the Johnson police department headquarters is a bonus safety factor.
Eddy was professional, friendly, knowledgable, and patient with my questions and answered each one thoroughly!
I definitely recommend Southern Storage. Excellent customer service!
