The Manager Oscar is very rude and abuses his power just because he is the manager. Always finds something to complain about it’s ridiculous. When I was fixing the Welding Machine he got after me saying “are you maintenance, you’re not supposed to touch the machine”, in a rudely manner. I’m a welder it’s my job to see what’s wrong with the machine. Not just that I finished welding a piece of metal and he gets after me saying, “take it off I don’t want to see it there no more”.
