I want to give a shout out to the #1 tech. This Tech has been working with myself and company for many years. He makes not only my forklifts run smoothly, but has a fantastic attitude. This techs name is Jimmy Gonzalez.... he's very prompt when we have issues and even gave me his cell phone number to call if we have any issues. What can I say... Jimmy goes beyond the call of duty.
