Southern States Subaru in Raleigh went above and beyond! Connor was phenomenal—knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend both Connor and Southern States Subaru for outstanding service!
2 bad experiences with customer service. If you're not willing to give a proper quote ahead of inspection for maintenance items I know I need, why would I let you keep my car for 4 hours? At least the mechanic got the inspection right, no funny business there in my case. But with customer service being the way it is, I will not be returning.
I had to get my car towed over 3.5 hours to Southern States Subaru, and Mike was able to get me in quickly, which I really appreciated. He made the process smooth and got my car fixed quickly, which was such a relief after the hassle of the tow and the distance involved. Thank you, Mike, for the efficient service and for making a stressful situation much easier.
Made appt, they did not even have it in their system. People were rude and whispering while people were waiting. Could not find another appt time and could not tell me how long the service was estimated to take.
My check engine light and a few warning lights came on while driving nearby. I stopped in and received excellent service. Ashley was very kind and professional.
