I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received from their Collision Department. Not only were the prices excellent, but the turnaround time was incredibly fast as well. The team was professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them for any collision repair or automotive service needs!

**UPDATE** 8/12/2025 After months and months of trying to get Hyundai Corporate to help. That was a waste of time they do not care about there customers. Even though they gave this collision center a certification to work on Hyundai's they claim no responsibility for the terrible work done or how a customer is treated. I went to another body shop to have the work looked at and to get an estimate for it to be repaired correctly. Well there was stuff I didn't even know that makes this place even worse then I thought. I have nothing but good things to say about the team at Southern States Hyundai Collision Center with their craft and skills. Many of the negative reviews are ridiculous, in my opinion. Betty and her staff absolutely are communicative and accommodating. We all want to be talked to with understanding, but you get what you give and guess some other reviewers were unpleasant. My brand new Genesis GV70 has been at this shop since February. You can't call and get updates because no one answers the phone. My car was left out in the elements for a week with no hood with the fuses exposed to water. The GM doesn't care which was made even more obvious when the entire team left. The one time I've seen my car since it's been there the hood and fenders have orange peel so bad and my drivers door is still messed up. Amanda, I can't thank you enough! She went above and beyond to get my car ready and down on time. Then she did the unthinkable and had it ready early. Thanks again to the Subaru management for putting her in place.
