I have had a bit of work done by southern stars and I cannot fault them in any way. The team have been great to deal with. The guys completing the work are always Super friendly and helpful over all do a great job. Pricing is also very reasonable. I will definitely be using them for any future electrical work.
Both teams that worked on my house over the two days were exceptional and great lads. The teams went about their work with diligence and in my opinion went over and above considering it was raining heavily both days. If ANYONE mentions the word "Air-Conditioner" in my earshot I will be speaking up recommending these guys. I wish to thank everyone involved with my installation. 6 out of 5 stars here.
We recently had 2 air conditioners installed in our house by Southern Stars and would highly recommend them. Natalie and the office staff were exceptional. Pricing was very competitive and technicians who installed them were friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
Engaged Southern stars in September to replace a system. Told repairs would be enough, after many failed attempts to repair the system and wrong parts order the aircon was still not working in March. After 6 months of back-and-forth Southern stars instructed to just replace the air con at full price.
WE HAVE JUST HAD OUR TOOWOOMBA HOME INSTALLED WITH DUCTED AIR CON. MANY THANKS TO ETHAN , AARON , JAY and the men who were extremely professional and respectful in our home . Ethan guided us through the whole ON WALL PROCESS for the operation of the unit. We are retirees and had to feel confident we were getting the trusted people to install the unit.
