We will answer all your questions on vaping that we can. We also have a nice laid back atmosphere so there is no pressure. This company sold me a faulty cbd cartridge that was leaking to the point where it was no longer usable. When i brought it back the next day i was told that the owner would back in touch with me. About a month later she finally called me ,just to tell me i was lying and that no refund would be issued. She then offered to sell me another. Great place. Real helpful and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. I highly recommend this place.
Terrible customer service. Wouldn't let me return or exchange an unopened purchase (which was absurdly expensive in the first place). Won't be returning.
Absolutely garbage. Went here to get a new mod, came home and tried it out. Wasn't functional. The employees at the store refused to allow me to return or exchange the product. Is this how they do business? I'd recommend going to any other vape shop.
Some of the guys are very friendly when I first started going there, however after going there more often, they became very unpleasant and conversations that made even myself uncomfortable. They make their own juice and some of it's great stuff, when asking what they recommend or advice for flavors, i would get a smart ass response and not very welcoming. Because of this I chose to do business with another company that is more friendly and welcoming.

I've been to a few other vapor shops and none of them treat you as well as Southern Star did. The customer service is top notch and offer a return service along with free information on their wide selection of vapes.
