I just came from Southern Star medical center’s lab and I had the most unfortunate experience with their lab tech, SADYA. I came at 8am because this was a fasting procedure…my helicobacter breath test. I was no. 2 on queu so by 9:00am I was expecting to be called but she told me she has to take in no.3. So I just settled in my seat, thinking this could be a priority patient.
