I am extremely disappointed with my consultation with Dr Vivienne Chukwuneke. From the moment I entered the room, she appeared disengaged and expressionless, with no attempt to build rapport or show basic empathy. Throughout the consultation, there was a noticeable lack of professional curiosity. She did not proactively ask relevant questions about my condition, symptoms, or medical history.
