I was far from home and my skid plate started dragging while traveling… Called close to closing to see if they could fix it and they were able to fit me in last minute. Friendly and great service. Grateful for your help. Thank you!
J&J Tire & Service…new owner. I went in with an issue on my car, as we visited the island. The people at the business were professional and polite. They fixed my car, and showed me a photo of the issue. Their prices are Very fair. I felt like a local to the island when I left. They were great!

Took my 2010 Mercedes Benz S 600 V 12 in for a front of car oil leak and engine light was on. I wanted an through estimate on any problems they found and any other recommendations that they felt the car needed because I advised them that my family and I were going on a long road trip. Issac and the crew fixed up our mustang and mazda3! We had multiple services done to each including replacing 4 tires, and each service was communicated to me very clearly. I was impressed with Issac's knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. In my opinion, he does an exceptional job at managing clients' expectations and is also empathetic. No one wants to hear that he or she needs 2 MORE tires replaced, but at Southern Star, you know they'll do it right and they have your safety in mind. I will most definitely be returning... read more
