First time to do business here. Very impressed with southern star. I have finally found a diesel mechanic.
PLEASE READ THE COMPLETE REVIEW!!! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! Long rant...I apologize but the public needs to know! I am editing this review...I will not ever recommend this shop to any family or friends. I just had my truck picked up my truck today(on a wrecker)after it has been at Southern Star Diesel since July 6th for warranty repair. BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!!! Please read full review... Where to start.... the owner is a liar and a flat out scammed. He makes promises that he NEVER delivers on. My parents trusted Will and his shop to fix their F-150. Back in April they took thir truck to him for him to do a repair. Not even a week later it had to go back and they were told "not to worry, it will be fixed as warranty work." Very refreshing to find somebody like William that actually cares about, and wants to do people right , understands service , very knowledgeable and does top notch work, Highly recommend….
Took my truck to southern star, Will and his mechanic are awesome!! Their pricing is great and work is top notch! They work with you on getting whatever needs to be done with your vehicle and even check back to make sure everything is working the way it should…. Out of all the places I have taken my truck, this place rates number 1!! I will never take it anywhere else. Thank you for being honest with what is wrong and working the problems without issues.
