Member since 1996. I would not even consider moving to another bank. These people are friendly and will work with you.
Small mom and pop credit union lacking a lot of common day banking technologies. No ATM cash deposits, rudimentary online banking with no bill pay, one location, closed weekends and they use a 3rd party banking app. Each transaction is followed by a "TRACE" comment so you have a bunch of garbage in your transaction history you can't stop or filter out.
