Having to handle a car accident is never fun. However, Roman made sure we were very well cared for. From start to finish! He always responded on the same day and usually within the hour. He was kind throughout the entire process which makes a stressful situation so much better. Can’t say enough good things.
Roman was the best at handling my situation. He didn't get to work on my car because it was considered totaled, but he walked me through the whole process, listening to my issues and offering advice when I needed it. I would absolutely recommend him to anybody that has to deal with insurance claims.
Super job done by Roman and his crew at Southern Star Collision body shop. They fixed my A/C leak that got me new rust proof surface on floor, new sound deadening, new carpet, new front n rear speakers (Roman’s recommendation), front speaker panels painted, speaker wiring, hood hinges painted, new power steering pump (not normally a body shop repair but needed) and all the manpower involved with all of it. I’ll definitely be back when needed. Big thanks!!!
