Friendly greeting & handover when dropping off your vehicle. Loan car if required. Value for money over & above expectations with all logbook entries completed. Car was ready within just a few hours. Called for help as our car wouldn’t start and I’m full term pregnant so needed an asap fix because we needed it to get to the hospital. Said they would come and look at it that day. Got close to 4 so asked if they were still coming. They said yes at 5. If not 9:30 the next morning. Didn’t show both times and I have not heard a single peep from them since.
