We work alongside Owen and Liam from Southern Staircases on a lot of projects. Their experience and professionalism is second to none! Jobs are always spot on and nothings too hard for them never complain like other trades. Also if something in the build is ever out for any reason they can always come up with solutions to get their work perfect, hard to find that sort of professionalism these days! Highly recommend for any projects you need done !
When quoting, Owen warned me he was not "cheap" because he only did quality work. The quote was at the higher end, but we were pedantic about design and detail. What we got was a first class, well finished result and he and his co-worker Liam cleaned up and vacuumed before they left. Spoke to Owen on phone whose manner initially was very abrupt and basically had a mentality that everyone was a tyre kicker in his own words. I said we were genuine and he settled down. Owen came to site and everything was frenetic and rush rush. Owen thinks because he builds stairs everyday that everyone else does as well. His manner was arrogant and rude.
