Spoke to Owen on phone whose manner initially was very abrupt and basically had a mentality that everyone was a tyre kicker in his own words. I said we were genuine and he settled down. Owen came to site and everything was frenetic and rush rush. Owen thinks because he builds stairs everyday that everyone else does as well. His manner was arrogant and rude.
