In May 2022, Brad Bennett installed Denso iridium spark plugs into my Subaru Forrester. Denso does not even manufacture the spark plugs for my make and model. The specific spark plugs that are spec for my car are Silzkar7b11 (Ngk). He also did not ask me beforehand nor tell me afterwards that he had installed the wrong part.
