10 out of 10! We've used Michael for both of our son's weddings and he knocks it out of the park. Cannot recommend him enough. Kind person with great dj skills!
We had Michael with Southern Sound DJ Services for our wedding last night 10/18/25 and he couldn't have done a better job! I will admit I was nervous that because we had other activities and such at the wedding that people weren't going to be out on the dance floor but Michael did a fantastic job getting the crowd out there and moving! I recently attended a wedding where Michael with Southern Sound DJ absolutely crushed it! From start to finish, he did a phenomenal job engaging with the crowd and keeping the energy high all night long. His introductions were smooth, his announcements kept everyone in the loop throughout the reception, and the dance floor stayed packed thanks to his perfect song choices and flawless transitions. Michael is hands down THE BEST!! He saved us from disaster when our original DJ canceled on us 3 weeks before our wedding, honestly it was a blessing in disguise and we will forever be so thankful! He kept us on the dance floor, played all of our requests, and even played songs for our guests from Spain and Germany! Our reception truly felt like we were in a movie thanks to him!
