Sod and topsoil wasn't delivered on the scheduled date, which caused me to have to reschedule workers. To add insult to injury, they delivered using a piggyback forklift that was WAY too heavy to be going into anyone's yard instead of one that was in the 3,500-4,500 lbs range. This thing was twice that weight or more clearly. Left ruts a foot and a half deep and at least that wide that I came back out to despite the yard not being wet.
