I have never met Dr. Lebowski and I have been going to Sleep Center over 10 years. But I trust him. The staff is incredible and the atmosphere is very pleasant. I just became eligible for Medicare and I also have TRICARE. The name of the doctor given to me for a sleep study wasn’t the doctor that I was used to, but under the impression that I had no choice I made an appointment and went to the sleep study. Dr. Lebanowski was just one of the rudest and most arrogant doctors I have ever been too. I have gone to him for 7 years (usually got his nurse practitioner, Rebecca) and my family physician wrote me a prescription for a new sleep machine because I was seeing her an few weeks ahead of him. He was very nasty because I did this and then told me she could take over my sleep care! He closed my folder & fired me! I guess he forgot we pay him. Ms. Caine is amazing. Absolutely wonderful at trying to find a solution for my insomnia. However, the office staff leave A LOT to be desired (from my understanding everything is handled in the Dothan office so this review would pertain more-so to that office). For 3 weeks I've been trying to get a PA completed so insurance will cover my prescription. I've called and left messages. I have not received a return call, no status updates, nothing. I've had my insurance call them directly as well, still nothing. My follow-up is in... read more
