If i could leave no stars i would. 2 months to get in, multiple obvious mistakes. They made 2 apts for me 40 min away in a city i don't live near. I called to fix it and finally another month later i Show up. The woman behind the desk made faces like because i haven't found employment or i was on medicaid i didn't deserve to be there. I went to pay and THEN she said she had to bill me for $5 and NOT my co-pay because of her system. I said I'm not paying more than my co-pay and i had $5 left total and need to get gas on ... read more
Arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, 45 minutes past appointment time and 60 minutes past arrival time, still 3 people ahead of me for them to see me. I canceled and walked out. They sure like your copay money and insurance money but can not plan better for appointments. This is unacceptable, a 15 minute wait after appointment time is max, if they had to reimburse you or insurance company for this time you can sure bet at appointment time you will be called in.
