This was the first time I used this company and I found that the owner/executive chef was the only email contact to place an order. The first order I placed had some changes, as do most VIP clients, so I was trying to get confirmation of that. It took him hours to respond. I ended up needing another catering order from them a couple days later and it took 12 hours for a confirmation that they received it (several hours before our departure). That’s unacceptable!
