Jazz is so sweet and personable! She always does a great job and although I was terrified she makes the waxing process quick and as painless as possible.
Absolutely and utterly unprofessional, if I could give this place zero stars then I most definitely would. My appointment was scheduled for today (Friday, April 5th) at 2:10 and I got there on time for the appointment. On her door said “In session, please wait”, so that is exactly what I did. FOR A WHOLE HOUR. At first, I thought that she was just finishing with a client so I gave her grace, BUT as time went by I started to get suspicious and upset because how can you approve an appointment with a client for a specific time ... read more
