Amazing. Clean condos and on the beach. Marshall is a great manager.
We have been coming here as a family since 2013. My husband has been coming since he was a child. My kids and I absolutely love it. The resort is on the beach which is so convenient for being able to grab snacks and use the bathroom. The condos spacious and clean. The manager is super friendly and helpful. After 13 years, I would 100% recommend southern shores to anyone.
Could not have been more disappointed. Booked this "resort" for a week for my family over Christmas Break. We were so excited to arrive and were immediately devastated. The place is in disrepair. As soon as you open the door to the unit the strong odor of mold hits you and it is unhealthy for anyone to stay in. The glass window in the bedroom was broken and duct taped and unsafe.
