I am not happy with the service I received AT ALL. I have been going to this car wash for over a year and I have never had any problems, but a couple of days ago, that changed. I went through the wash because I noticed that the outside of my vehicle was dirty and I needed to get it cleaned. I wish I never did because when I came out, my vehicle had scratches on both sides. THIS car wash was THE BEST I've ever been to! Your car was not hurried down the conveyor belt.. you could SEE the suds and washing strips that touched your car, getting all that built-up dirt off. Then you got to move to the vacuum and cleaning detail area. They even give you the spray-on cleaner and cloth rags to use!
The staff here is the best. Sterling offered to pressure wash the floor mats in my truck, I can't say enough good things about this place!
