WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! I called to schedule an appointment for a drug test and someone finally answered the 2nd time I called! When the lady answered she added me and someone who works there in a group chat, she told me she would be back in office Friday at 10 then asked what time would I like my appointment to be and I said Friday 10/17/2025 @10. I tried to get a person scheduled for a pre employment test and they did not answer. I called the Quest Diagnostics Customer Service line and they could not get any one either. Terrible facility!

This place is the absolute worst and I hope they read this. They LIED. Said someone would be here at 10:00. Well here it is a hour later. They won’t answer the phone and no one has shown up. I hope you go out of business. You are so unprofessional. You wasted my time. I came from Cairo. The least you can do is answer the phone.

Do not waste your time going there. I called a day ahead and was told we take walk ins from 9-2 on Wednesdays. I arrived by 1020 am, well the doors were locked, her car was in the parking lot and I called 3 times, no answer. I waited about 20 minutes before I left. I called back an hour later, she answered and told me that the other lady was gone and she will be taking appointments at 1 pm. So, I went back at 1 pm and she wasn't there.
