I rented from this facility for over 20 years with NO problems. Rates were reasonable, and I never had a problem with access or infestations. I remember the original owner, Mr. Wayne DeBoe (RIP), from whom I initially rented from in the early 2000's. He was such a loveable character, and was so excited when he announced his retirement and relocated to FL. I believe his daughter now runs the operation, and she is just as endearing as Wayne. Great family-owned business!
I am a tenant with Southern Storage. Staff is friendly and very professional. My stored belongings remained intact. No evidence of any type of infestation. Great storage facility!
I've rented a storage unit without any issues with the unit or with custom services from 2021 to 2024. One awesome thing about my experience, if my mind serves me right, they never went up on cost. I regret going to other cheaper places just to realize the cheaper places prices adjust after 3 to 4 months. I'm planning on going back to see if there prices structure is the same. If so, I'll consider renting another unit if I have a need. Thank you SSS.
Outstanding facility at a great price.
