Shelby lacks professionalism and experience. Her skills in cutting and coloring hair are subpar and, quite frankly, she has a lot to learn about the ins and outs of running a business / working with customers. Prices are decent, but not for the quality of the services provided. Shelby will cancel on you last minute, so be ready for that. Highly recommend Nouveau in Temple.
