Did not listen to the Little Guy – Existing home, and specifically requested to sales person we wanted replacement windows (not new construction) and contractor specified no more than a quarter inch on each side. Wanted to slide them in, screw in and caulk. Instead, we received new construction windows with some gaps as much as 1 inch on sides.
