You pay for a job to get done and they don't do the job. The drought brings bees you can't get rid of despite many cans of bee spray and they just don't pick up your trash and don't notify you or anything. What do these reviews even matter though when you this trash company is the only option you have.
We recently moved to Summers county. I called to start trash service last Wednesday. The trash truck didn’t see the note to start pickup at my home, so he drove passed it. I called the office and the lady that answered was super nice! She said she would call the driver and have him come back so that we didn’t have trash here for another week. The truck was here within minutes. I’ve had nothing but good experiences since day one of calling to start my service!
Absolutely horrible. They haven’t picked up our trash in two weeks so it’s sat out in the 90 degree heat for 2 weeks and is now infested with maggots. When I call the office, no one will answer. We are up to date on our payments. Only thing I’ve heard from them is a bill in the mail yesterday for a gas surcharge. Not sure why they need that when they’re not even using gas to come get our trash.

Whats the point in being the only waste management service in the area, forbidding the use of other services, and threatening other people with FINES if they take their trash somewhere else, if you don't offer other payment options. Noone can reach the office because they don't answer the phones. I have been trying for over a month to contact someone to pay my bill to have my trash picked up and Noone will answer the phones. No option for online payment, and Google maps takes you into the middle of BFE with no office in site... read more
