Our community contacted this company in July to come out and assess the pumps for our lift station after it appeared we had had a bad lightning strike near by. I called to request service and the receptionist asked if the alarms were sounding, at which point I said yes they are. She scheduled one of the technicians to come out right away, which we were very happy about. While the tech was on site, he called the HOA Secretary and said that the pumps were out and that they needed to be replaced. We have 3 pumps and he quoted a... read more
