We were very pleased purchasing our camper they let us look around the lot without a salesperson and when we found the one we liked Antonio Gary was there to answer our questions and complete the paperwork for the sale. Our camper was delivered and set up by tech Daniel Buice he was very thorough in showing how everything worked and went over safety measures overall it was a very enjoyable day purchasing our camper.
Do not use worst RV experience ever deceptive whatever you do go someplace else they will take advantage of you
RecommendedWe had a great experience purchasing our first camper. Our salesman, TJ was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the model that was best for our family. I will recommend Southern RV to anyone looking for an RV. Everyone was great!
Southern RV pushes a warranty package that we bought for 3000.00. Turns out, Their warranty covers nothing. We took the RV in for inspection as water leaks in around both vents and the sky light ruining in inside ceiling and some of the bedroom flooring. They said when we pulled up that it definitely needed a new roof, however they didn’t cover it and therefore everything caused by water damage was not covered as well. 8000.00 + worth of work. We chose to buy from here because of the negative reviews about Camping World and the positive reviews here. We did have a specific travel trailer in mind when we came to look around. Danielle was our sales person. She answered all of our questions and provided recommendations when we asked for it. She wasn’t “pushy” at all and that is what I want as a customer. Zeke did a good job showing us the details of the Motorhome we were buying. Eric in Finance started out nice until we told him we didn’t want the $5000.00/2 yr warranty on the Motorhome. He kept making rude comments to us. He finally walked out of his office after he told us when we leave we are on our own. We had to go back to the receptionist to find out where we should go next. Danielle the Salesperson was nice, but we saw her maybe 5 minutes the entire time. It wasn’t the greatest experience.

Very happy with our purchase.We dealt with sales person Danielle who worked with us to make the purchase. Eric in fianance was great and Matthew who did our walk-through did a tremendous job. Would highly recommend southern RV to anyone looking for an RV.
My 82 year old mother and I worked with Mark Harper and he was wonderful! He was very patient with my mom who was undecided between 2 Rvs. He took us back and fourth at least 10 times!! He was not pushy at all,, letting my mom take her time with her decision. There are a lot of choices and the prices are great. Every staff member we met was very pleasant, helpful and friendly.
