Hailey did a beautiful job—my hair turned out so polished and exactly how I envisioned.
This salon has several very professional and skilled stylists. I have never left unhappy, I explain a vision and it’s exceeded every time. The atmosphere is calm and enjoyable. I would recommend this salon to anyone. I’ve been there several times with stylists having clients who drove over 3 hours to be there, which speaks volumes.
I went in to get my hair done for my senior pictures, I had an appointment with Hailey and got in early she was very kind and we did a walkthrough of what I wanted. She was very kind to me the whole time but she did not do my hair properly and charged me $200 for it. My hair was severely over processed, and my balayage was done incorrectly. We texted her asking if she was able to fix my hair because my pictures were the next day, she said she couldn’t and didn’t offer any sort of refund for my hair.
