Had an appointment this morning with Megan at 9:00 this morning. Waiting 30 mins and she never showed up. That was some bullshit.
I have been going to Shannon at Southern Roots for over 2 years now. I am always very happy with the way she does my hair! She is always very flexible and willing to work with my schedule when scheduling my appointments. The salon is very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable, as well. Plus, it is always a pleasant experience catching up and visiting with Shannon. Highly recommend!!
Today was my first time visiting southern roots salon. Shannon was great and very friendly. I will be booking again. Thanks for the hair cut and coloring. I love it.
Made an appointment online with Shana and got a confirmation email and everything to receive a text 5 minutes later saying that my appointment couldn't be accommodating and she had appointments open when I first made my appointment then got back on there and she's not open till 2026 if you're not buddies with them or a name known in cherryville they will not accept you your money's not good enough cuz mine was and I guess
