Overall, i had a really great experience. The stylist was nice and talkative. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because my hair was 33in long, and the stylist cut a little over a foot off when I just wanted my dead ends trimmed. I had figured like 5-6 inches of dead ends, especially since I never use heat on it. It looks good and feels healthy. It's just hair, and it will grow back.
