Don’t book with Hannah. I loved the way she did my hair but then she ghosted me for no reason. I’m glad it happened as I now get much better work for 1/3 of the price. $350+ for a partial highlight and trim is insane.
You can't get in touch with anyone. The voicemail is full (and this is during normal working hours) and no one responds to text messages. Had to go to another salon for my daughter.
I’ve been trying to get an appointment since late July and each time I reach out they either don’t answer the phone or don’t text me back. Both are how they list they’d like customers to reach out to make an appointment. They have a horrible scheduling system and make it very frustrating overall. They’re good at doing standard haircuts but I’d never go there if you are wanting something trendy
